The preparation of Wills

At our clients' request, this office will prepare Last Wills and Testaments, Powers of Attorneys, Living Wills, and/or Trusts that may be advisable in an individuals' particular situation. The purpose of these documents is to provide peace of mind for our clients and to ensure that the beneficiaries chosen receive their intended inheritance.

Estate Administration
After a person passes away, our office is available to assist in the administration of the estate. Although estate administration involves probating the Last Will and Testament, the appointment of an Executor (or if there is no Will, the appointment of an Administrator), gathering assets, paying debts, filing death tax returns, and other fiduciary obligations, we also take into account the personal sensitivities of experiencing the loss of a loved one. Our firm focuses on all necessary steps and details in the probate and administration process. This office assists in obtaining financial information for the preparation of any inheritance and estate tax returns that are required in addition to the preparation of the estate accounting for the beneficiaries.
